Distraction from the cheeky Jinx.

i hate distraction especially when i need to be highly focused on what i'm doing. no it's not about facebook/tumblr/twitter distraction. it's more about my dog's reflex action to almost anything unnecessary.

i'm alone at home, no one's at home except me and my dog. mom told me to wait for a packet from delivery guy. It's a guitar effect something that my brother just bought. okay so i wait while browsing thru internet. since tumblr is very quiet right now, no one post about Blur / Graham Coxon stuff, so i decided to leave laptop for a mo and start drawing. but ffs, my dog who is sleeping right under my table is frequently awakes and rushes into front door. i thought it was the delivery guy coming, so i went to the front door and disappointedly found out that there's no one in there. only bunch of kids who's passing my house, or tukang ojek who's stand by on the corner of the street. gee! Jinx you don't have to be such a jerk do you?
and it happens all the time until my mood on drawing is gone and i move to blog.

will this delivery guy come or not? i'm getting anxious right now. i wanna finish my drawing, but
it's like my mind is separated into two.

and by the time you read this post, he's still gonna barking on the front door. and i just don't care anymore. ha!

this is what i do when i have opportunity to meet the scanner.

I met "Allan Sanders" in Gramedia bookstore.

I judged a book by its cover, eeh not really. actually i just purchased a book about problem solving, though i couldn't see the connection between me and psychological reference book. well, it was all love at the first sight, look who i saw in the book cover? Allan Sanders's drawing for Allan's Sake :D

I'm gonna post another illustration in this book later on, soon as i finish reading it. err will i ever make it to the final page? i doubt that. hee..

Bob London should working on book illustration too. espesh for the international bestseller one, because that's the only way it'll reach my country, so i won't get problem purchasing it. hehe.. :)

New stuff for life

i'm gonna make a new life with these beautiful things i've purchased on Pasar Baru (bags) and Pasar Senen (shoes). The first two bags on picture are similar with the one i already had. They were made in Nepal. When i went shopping for that bag i happened to wear the old one i have. The seller tried to convince me to buy her bag, She said i should buy them so i would have a collection of knitted colourful Nepal bag. hahah. what a shame, i bought'em anyway.

The white canvas bag is an old time fave. typical bag i love. i didn't think twice purchasing it. no regret. point

Well, as about the shoes, i dunno how to tell/feel. i really love the wingtip details in the front and the swing style with their black and white colour. the only thing i don't like is because they were resemble flat/pump summat summat shoes. typical shoes girls wear nowadays. huh -_-
but i'll get along with them.

from now on, i'm gonna make a mixtape and share it with you. this is my first mixtape called 'i'm just a killer for my own love', an eclectic mix including 8 tracks from Dusty Springfield to Arctic Monkeys. i'm mixtaping under the name sugarytape :) heee...

by the way, my music library isn't wide. so you're probably only hear tunes from the britpop scene, english tune, lads tune and the likes. but i'll try. hehe

and i make this mixtape for myself, so if it doesn't meet your satisfy. well just f*ck it.
